EU files multifaceted appeal of WTO compliance panel report on Airbus

The European Union on Oct. 26 filed a six-part appeal of a World Trade Organization compliance panel report that last month determined the EU and certain member states have not withdrawn massive subsides to Airbus for the production of large civil aircraft.
