Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on Monday (April 11) touted the economic and geopolitical benefits of U.S. leadership in pursuing free trade initiatives like the Trans-Pacific Partnership, but said the U.S. must also put in place domestic policies that make middle-class workers more secure in their economic future despite questions those programs face over their funding.
