Textile mills can take advantage by incorporating this software system by way of minimising cost of processing by assessment of energy cost and quality of each lot and performance evaluation. Design modification and selection of best design for best quality at minimum energy cost can be done with the software. More efforts are required to incorporate software with an automation system for better results, avoiding manual errors. Managerial decisions can be taken based on the output about selection of machines, process, etc., and cost can be compared for different qualities. This will be a tool to provide harmony between various groups like marketing, production and costing.
