S&ED Talks Fail To Yield ITA Breakthrough; USTR Says Talks 'Intensifying'

A meeting this week between United States Cabinet officials and senior members of the Chinese leadership failed to yield a breakthrough in the long-stalled talks to expand the outdated Information Technology Agreement (ITA).
