Filmmakers go to court over Twilight' trademark

Movie studio Summit Entertainment, which owns rights to the Twilight series of teen vampire films, has filed a suit against Topics Entertainment for infringing its trademark in the production of Topics documentary DVD titled Forks: Bitten by Twilight. Summit plans to release its own Twilight documentary to coincide with the DVD release of the feature length movie Twilight: New Moon. Summit's documentary is called Twilight in Forks: The Saga of the Real Town.
