ITA Sets Low Initial AD Duties On Turkish Rebar, Higher On Mexican Imports

The Commerce Department this week issued an affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) investigation of Turkish and Mexican steel concrete-reinforcing bar, setting margins just above the de minimis level for some Turkish exports while finding no dumping for others. For Mexican exports of rebar, the duties ranged from 10.66 percent to 66.7 percent.
