Configuration of Color and Opacity Function in Surgical Simulator based on Deformable Volume Rendering and FEM

摘要

For our surgical simulation system with fast deformable volume-rendering based on 3D texture, configuration method of color-opacity function of volume-rendering was investigated. By using radial basis function interpolation with several color-opacity control points, an interactive and easy to operate configuration method was developed for 2D color-opacity table based on dual phase X-ray CT angiography data. In addition, feasibility study was performed based on a clinical data set.
