China creates special intellectual property rights tribunals

The Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) is to establish special unified tribunals for intellectual property rights disputes.The unified tribunals detailed in recendy-pubhshed guidelines will replace the existing system under which civil, administrative and criminal courts hear different elements of intellectual property disputes independently.
