Development of microwave simulator based on the FDTD method

A lot of commercial FDTD-CADs have been developed. However, several accuracy improvement techniques cannot be available. We have developed our own CAD. In this paper, the CAD system is described. The system uses the commercial modeling CAD as pre processing part. Data format is also described. The algorithm can treat both dielectric and magnetic materials.
