t is not usual to see studies with negative or equivocal outcomes being published, and we appreciate Injury journal for publishing the article by Kuang-Yu Hsiao and co-authors from Chiayi, Taiwan.1 The authors modestly state that the trauma patients who were transferred after stabilisation, did no better than, patients who arrived directly at their trauma centre.
