The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public comments for its annual report on foreign trade barriers slated for release next year, but is breaking with past practice by simultaneously requesting input on restrictions in the form of sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures and technical barriers to trade (TBT).
