Cellular M2M (machine to machine) communication market is rapidly increasing all over the world these days. In Japan, there will be over 13 million units in 2014. It is a B2B (Business to Business) and best-effort service at the same time. In this paper, we propose low speed telemetering-aware dynamic channel allocation for TD-CDMA cellular network. Crossed-slot interference for machines can be avoided with our proposal. Simulation results have shown that both DL and UL outage probability of telemetering machines are improved to be about 1 percent. This indicates that more reliable telemetering is possible and it is beneficial to cellular operators and companies using telemetering service.
