(L~p,L~q)-Admissibility and Exponential Dichotomy of Evolutionary Processes on the Half-line

A new characterization of exponential dichotomy for evolutionary processes in terms of (L~p,L~q)-admissibility is presented, using a direct treatment, without the so-called evolution semigroup.
