摘要

We introduced a method by Booth (1948) to predict passing time of the bioparticles that pass through it specific channel pore on the excitable biological membrane. The system was described by the equation of continuity, the equation of motion in which the driving force involves hydrostatic pressure and electrostatic potential. The mobility of one particle can be obtained as a linear function of electrostatic potential gradient and the gradient of concentration of ions. The mean velocity of ion was described by an exponential integral functions. The present will be available for evaluating the intro channel space velocity of transported ion flow.
