New EU Transparency Push Leaves Out Market Access Offers, U.S. Texts

The European Commission has formally approved a plan under which Brussels will publicly release all European Union text proposals for the "rules" aspect of its free trade talks with the United States, but continue to restrict access to its market access offers for goods, services and procurement, as well as joint U.S.-EU texts.
