Digital watermarking schemes have been dis- cussed to solve theproblem associated with copyringt enforce- ment. Previously, weproposed a method using inter-block corre- lation of DCTcoefficients. It has the features that the embedded watermark can beextracted without the original image nor the parameters used inembedding process and that the amount of modification, the strengthof embedded watermark, depends on the local feature of an image.
