D.C. Side Commutation in Single Phase Bridge Inverters

摘要

The paper discusses the various circuit configurations that arise during commutation of SCRs in the bridge inverters with d.c. side commutation. Analytical expressions for the commutating impulse and the requirements imposed on it for reliable commutation of SCRs are derived.
