摘要

Textured Ca-0.85(LiCe)(0.075)Bi4Ti4O15 ceramics were prepared by reactive templated grain growth method using Bi4Ti3O12 templates. The highly oriented Ca-0.85( LiCe)(0.075)Bi4Ti4O15 ceramics (f = 98%) were formed in situ topotaxially on the Bi4Ti3O12 templates, which exhibit high piezoelectric properties (d(33) = 33 pC/N) compared with the randomly ceramics in Aurivillius-type bismuth layer structured ferroelectrics. The d(33) value of textured ceramics has excellent temperature stability when the temperature is below the 500 degrees C. High Tc and DC resistance also illustrate that the textured Ca-0.85(LiCe)(0.075)BiTi4O15 ceramics can be a promising high-temperature piezoelectric application.
