Scrotal Urinoma as a Complication of Renal Transplantation

Scrotal swelling and tenderness In the posttransplant period may be secondary to urine extravasation. Contrast cystography and ultrasound examination are often suboptlmal means of diagnosis of scrotal urinoma. Scintigraphy is the method of choice for detection of this unusual complication of renal transplantation.
