Manufacturing network architecture users'top issue

摘要

Manufacturing network architecture was voted the most important issue among users at a February OMAC-hosted round-table,where users discussed their top issues with designing and implementing manufacturing automation systems and began collaborating on how to address them.Users struggle with how to determine the right network architecture for hardware and software to address issues such as security,safety,reliability,interoperability,robustness,and software patch management.Over the last few years,the manufacturing network architecture has changed from proprietary networks to open networks.
