Channeling radiation from strainedhyphen;layer superlattices

摘要

Possibility to study strainedhyphen;layer superlattices by observing channeling radiation emitted by relativistic positrons channeled along major crystallographic planes is investigated. A downward shift in the peak frequency and decrease in the linewidth of the channeling radiation peak are predicted.
