Type A aortic dissection with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm.

A 55-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital with sudden chest and back pain for 1 day. Multislice computed tomography angiography revealed type A aortic dissection with an ascending aortic aneurysm and an abdominal aortic aneurysm (Figure 1). The ascending aorta and entire aortic arch were replaced, and a stent graft was inserted in the descending aorta (Figure 2).
