摘要

Since grid planning risk in western resource-based cities is prominent and has strong uncertainties, it is necessary to measure and evaluate the risk before power grid planning. In this study, evaluation index system of the grid planning risk is constructed, AHP is used to determine the index weight, extensive comprehensive evaluation is taken to build the evaluation model, TOPSIS method is applied to verify the evaluation results. The empirical analysis shows that the evaluation model is feasible, wish to provide a reference for grid planning risk evaluation in western resource-based cities.
