Having one form of currency should make things, such as traveling between the countries and buying their products, more convenient. Too bad this idea hasn't made its way into the world of measurement. We still have a system that includes both English and metric units, and as an AutoCAD user you'll no doubt find it necessary to convert such measurements at some point in your design career. Fortunately, you can use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create a program that converts various units of measurement between the English and metric systems. In this article, we'll show you how to use VBA to create the Convert dialog box shown in Figure A.
