A simplified technique for the application of nuclear emulsion in electron microscopic autoradiography

A modified rotating disc technique for the application of nuclear emulsion in electronmicroscopic autoradiography under yellow-green safelight illumination was tested in this laboratory. It is simpler than a previous method and should produce better resolution, as the emulsion is applied directly over carbon-coated specimens without an intermediate formvar layer.
