A cheap capacitance meter for the measurement of fast transients and suitable for deep-level transient spectroscopy

A cheap, simple device has been built which enables short-lived capacitance transients to be measured. The device uses phase modulation. This device is particularly suitable for deep-level transient spectroscopy (DLTS).
