摘要

Although we are in agreement with Dras-gow, Chernyshenko, and Stark (2010) on the appropriateness of considering ideal point models in psychological testing, we focus on a number of questions that need to be addressed before concluding that the theoretical appeal of the ideal point model translates into a consistent empirical advan-tage to organizations that use personality tests.
