AbstractWithout knowledge of the familiar geometric mean, the following equation was derived for the radical polymerization with primary radical termination under the condition that reaction between primary radicals is negligible:documentclass{article}pagestyle{empty}begin{document}$$ frac{{MC^{1/2}}}{{R_p}} = frac{1}{A} + frac{B}{A} times frac{{C^{1/2}}}{{M}} $$end{document}where bothAandBare constants depending on various rate constants.
