Multiple Discharging Sinuses Since BirthAn Unusual Presentation of Pterional Dermoid Cyst

Cranial dermal sinuses are rare and occur most frequently in the posterior fossa and along the midline. A lateral cranial origin of dermal sinus is extremely rare and a search of literature revealed that pterional location of the dermal sinus is described only once. We report the second case of the world literature.
