A high T_c superconducting 1 X 8 elements infrared detector has been fabricated by using YBa_2Cu_3O_7 film. Optical measurements gave moderate performance as individual sensitive element. The detectivity D~* is decreased to 10~8-10~9 cm Hz~(1/2) W~(-1). Operation temperature is T_c=89K.
