Comparative characterization of the virulence gene clusters (lipooligosacharide [LOS] and capsular polysaccharide [CPS]) for Campylobacter coli, Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni and related Campylobacter species (vol 14, pg 200, 2013)

We recently published a paper characterizing the lipooligosacharide [LOS] and capsular polysaccharide [CPS]) gene clusters for Campylobacter coli, Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni and related Campylobacter species. Fig. 1A shows ortholog content for each cluster for C. coli, with both clusters delineated into eight gene content classes. However, the figure contains a typing error. Both C. coli LOS and CPS class designations should be roman numerals (as in Table 1A) and not capital letters. Specifically, for both LOS and CPS, letters A through H should read numerals I through VIII.
