Modular Genetics, Inc. and the Center for Crops Utilization Research at lowa State University (ISU) are collaborating on a process aimed at manufacturing biodispersants from soybean byproducts that could be used to protect US coastal wetlands from the harmful effects of the massive BP oil spill.
