Cereplast signs bioplastics distribution deal for Chile & Peru

Bioplastics company Cereplast entered a new distribution agreement with Santiago, Chile-based ATSA Chile to supply bioplastic resins in Chile and Peru. Under the agreement, ATSA will provide both Cereplast Compostables~R and Hybrids Resins~R throughout Chile and Peru. Cereplast employs resins based on corn, wheat, tapioca, and potatoes, or based on NatureWorks's Ingeo~R PLA.
