Funding sources for research and development

I f there is a perceptible increase in capital investment activity then it is worth looking at sources of support funding that is now on offer for those who seriously contemplate moving forward. In the past few months, the Regional Growth Fund has come into being and awards have been made. A client of MCS received a multi-million pound award to undertake an ambitious project of capital expenditure in the North East. Other clients' projects were submitted and this particular Government initiative looks like a big improvement on the old, wasteful Regional Development Agency ways.
