I read this paper with interest and would like to congratulate the authors on a good study. I have a few questions for the authors:1. Did the patients receive analgesics in any form after their fracture and before the tourniquet was inflated?2. Was there any incidence of tourniquet pain?3. What pressure was used for the tourniquet?4. What was the average duration the tourniquet was used in each group and how was the limb exsanguinated?
