Scabies of the Scalp Mimicking Seborrheic Dermatitis in Immunocompromised Patients

Abstract:Two children with acute tymphoblastic leukemia undergoing chemotherapy had a special form of scabies characterized by fine scaling of the scalp simulating seborrheic dermatitis. Pruritus was mild or absent, immunocompromised children and adults should receive whole‐body and scalp antiscabietic treatmen
