South Africa's Industrial Development Corp.(IDC) has enlisted HSBC Bank plc to invite a number of international fertiliser companies to bid for 26% of its wholly-owned subsidiary Foskor.Ltd.Once an expression of interest and a confidentiality agreement has been signed,the interested companies will be provided with information to allow them to make a preliminary offer.
