Stansbury drops Montana vermiculite to focus on garnet

NEW MANAGEMENT at Stansbury Holdings Corp., the Philadelphia-based industrial minerals company with interests in vermiculite and garnet, discovered in early February that it was previously involuntarily dissolved by its state of domicile for failure to file an annual report. Management believes the involuntary dissolution was a result of "inadvertence" on the company's part and Stansbury has retained an attorney to attempt a reinstatement of the company with the corporations division of the state of Utah.
