Invicta Vibrators has redesigned its range of air-operated vibrators to provide easier fitting and maintenance. The redesign involves completely new casting and O-ring seals in the base and lid.Invicta piston vibrators have only one moving part, the piston, which develops a linear reciprocating force. The vibrators are generally manufactured from high-quality cast iron although some models are available in stainless steel, which is suitable for use in controlled environments. The pistons are nitride hardened to ensure long life.The three types of redesigned vibrators are the BACR, BCIR and BSIR models. BACR is a continuous running vibrator with both forward and backward strokes being air cushioned for quiet operation. It is typically used in powering small screens, tables, feeders and hoppers.
