Marifil Mines Ltd, a Canadian-based exploration company focusing on Argentina, is developing its 100%-owned Codihue biogenic sulphur property in central Neuquen province, in the west-central part of the country, through its Argentine subsidiary Marifil SAThe Codihue biogenic sulphur property, acquired in 2009 by Marifil, is composed of three contiguous exploration concessions that cover a total area of 180km2.Marinl's business model is to find deposits and add value through exploration prospects. The exploration company is therefore looking for a joint-venture partner in order to exploit the deposit. But Marifil would also consider spinning off all of its fertiliser assets acquired in Argentina, including potash, phosphate and sulphur.
