CapMan to sell Nordkalk stake

FINNISH CARBONATES producer Nordkalk Corp. has announced several changes to its ownership structure, which includes the withdrawal from the business of one of its investors, private equity company CapMan. Pargas-based Nordkalk is owned by a Finnish investor group. This group includes Ahlstrom Capital Oy, funds managed by CapMan, and a group of institutional investors including Stiftelsen for Abo Akademi, the Veritas Group, Alandia Group, and Svenska litteratursallskapet i Finland.
