AKW Apparaiet-Verfahren GmbH (AKW A+V) Co. has established a joint-venture with the Shanghai, China-based Shanghai Golden Bridge Consulting Co., Ltd (SGBC). The companies have been successfully working together for some time in the area of wet-mechanical processing, especially in relation to the growing market for flue gas desulphurisation plants, which require hydrocyclones for the separation of gypsum, and following the grinding of limestone. Following the reciept of all the necessary approvals from the Chinese government, a new company Shanghai AKW A+V Hydrocyclone Co., Ltd., has now been formed. The partnership will bring together the established expertise and technological know-how of AKW as well as the proven sales channels of SGBC.
