Graphite, rare earths prices dip lower; TiO_2 producers up prices

Graphite prices slipped lower this month, according to analysis by IM Data (see p 19). Some prices have tumbled by as much as 16%, feedback from the industry revealed in March, while other prices either remained flat, or dropped just 2%. The price offtake (85-87% +100-80 CIF Europe) slipped by just over 16% to a range of $800-1,000/ tonne. This is down from previous reported ranges of $950-$ 1,200/ tonne.
