Determination of orthophosphate, ammonia, glucose, and glutamate using a bioprocess solution analyzer

Despite the wide variety of proprietary bioreactions and organisms, all bioprocesses require routine analysis of carbon sources such as glucose, nitrogen sources such as glutamine, and other metabolic products and regulators such as orthophosphate and ammonia in order to monitor the state of the bioprocess and to maintain optimal concentrations for high yields. Thus, instruments that can measure the concentrations of these analytes become an integral part of the bioprocess.
