I would like to join (ISC)~2 and Taylor and Francis Publishers in announcing the new title for this journal. Beginning with this issue, Information Systems Security has changed its title to Information Security Journal: A Global Perspective. This journal continues to publish peer-reviewed articles written by researchers and practitioners in the field of Information Security. It also provides essential information for managing the evolving enterprise, with detailed articles on emerging technologies, current trends, and innovative solutions. There are five articles in this issue, including an invited article on "Current Trends in Fraud and its Detection" by Albrecht et al., where the authors discuss the basic nature of fraud, and the role of auditors in detecting financial statement fraud. In the second article, "Security Patterns for Automated Continuous Auditing," Kearney and Tyfonas propose the use of design patterns to guide the implementation of audit automation mechanisms that are required to support continuous auditing within application systems. These two articles focus on the main theme of this issue - Information Systems and Audit Control.
