Once upon a time, there lived a man who had a goose. The goose was special, as it would lay daily one golden egg. One day he had a flash. He thought he could become very rich overnight, if he could take all the golden eggs from the goose's stomach. Heslit it and found only one egg. Farmer repented for his decision. The moral of the story is that, one should have a long term view as preferred to the short-term view. Only short-term approach would yield disastrous results like slaying of the golden goose. The story of Golden Goose (GG) is very apt for management with visionary relevance.
