Tea economics

摘要

This article is written keeping in view the prospective freshers intending to have a first-hand knowledge on certain techno-economic aspects of tea plantation in West Bengal at the grass-root level. Towards this objective the subject has been discussed under the fore headings : Cost of Production of Tea, Land-Labour Ratio and Productivity, Finance and Profitability and Marketing strategy citing live examples.
