It may be surprising despite current interest and emphasis on organically produced, chemical free beverages and food, traditional tea seems to meet the criteria of being natural in ways more than one. Contextually the term natural is somewhat subjective because agriculture itself is not natural given the exploitation of land, animals and plants that agriculture entails! Even introduction of bioengineered plants itself is a form of exploitation as it goes against the ethics of what is euphemisticallycalled natural or organic agriculture.
