摘要

The sustainable tea production is a method of growing green tea leaves and processing the same for greater human consumption through maximum utilization of all available resources without polluting environment. The most important consideration of this type of tea production would be keeping all kinds of losses minimum. The ultimate aim would be to reduce cost of production. All available resources are to be utilized judiciously to meet increasing demand of tea of good liquor and flavour. The quality and quantity, both have to be kept in mind, while fulfilling need of increasing population.
