BRAZILIAN LEATHER EXPORTS IN MARCH REACHED US$ 252 mn

According to preliminary data available from the Department of Foreign Trade-Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) the value of leathers exports in March was US$ 252 million. The leather sector's contribution to Brazilian exports is at 1.4%. The rise in exports is attributed to the Brazilian participation in the two important national events: APLF MM&T in Hong Kong and the Brazilian Leather Showroom in Seoul.
